      Psychiatrists are like physicians who specialize on problems of mental illness. They also do:

·       Designing treatment programs

·       Leading a team of mental health care providers

·       Prescribing potent mental illness drugs

Average salary: $90,000 - $200,000

Educational requirement:

Students need a degree for allopathic or osteopathic. Also need a three years of psychiatry.
