my plan to improve my health is to start playing with my dog when it is a good time every 30 minutes. Also to not eat many food that is not healthy. My main problem is i don't go out more often and makes me lazy.

Reflection: from my point of view I believe that this quote is trying to tell and explain to us that in order to reach success, failure will always be a part of your journey. But Each and every time you fail, never give up, stand up and try harder. Go farther than you could have ever imagined. For example being the least smart person in your math class, every time you fail you try harder, you study each and every chance you get, go over through your entire lesson. Ask the teacher for help, or attend tutoring. Then watch yourself reach higher than expectations.

What john F kennedy was telling us in his video was that we need to be physical and mental fit. He doesn't exactly mean to have a perfect body but to have good health and mental health. What he means by mental health is that you never do anything bad you never have bad thoughts or say bad things to anyone. Hes saying this is important because we will have a lot of strong citizens in our country. With a lot of health and mental fit people in our nation our nation will be stronger. Reflection: What i feel in restoring the faith of humanity is heart warming about people helping other people when they are trouble. Also saving animals and pets of other owners and feeling joy in your life. Saving people in fires, accidents, and robberies which makes us all happy that there still people helping out other people when they need help. For example if there is a robbery and when you see it you would go there and stop and when you stop you will feel good inside and helping other people than yourself.

REFLECTION: This video is about many people look at cells that we can't see in our naked eye. Also they observe the cells in slides by a microscope. They also have a position of they have a person on the line and they don't fool around when look on the slides. I think I wouldn't want to go to that job because it is not very interesting looking at a microscope and watching cells.
